What guests loved:
Location was perfect, the room was very nice, clear, spacious, good amenities. Breakfast overlooking the piazza is a treat. Overall a very pleasant place, good value for money
Areas for improvement:
The check-in process was a bit harder than usual / expected (only Italian messages, asking for earlier checkin, keys left in a bar), but eventually worked out well
